MURPHYSBORO - Janice Sue (Navrat) Blessing, 81, of Murphysboro died Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Manor Court in Carbondale.She was born on March 8, 1944, to Victor and Helen (Trostle) Navrat in Lost Springs, Kansas. On Oct. 1, 1966, she married James A. "Jim" Blessing. They have spent over 58 years together and he survives.She worked retail customer service, of which the last 18 years was at CVS Pharmacy in Carbondale. Janice was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, the Altar Society of the Church, and the Red Hat Society. She loved to bowl with Jim and was on several leagues. She loved socializing with her family and friends; enjoyed her wine; and treasured her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Besides her husband, survivors include her son, Shawn Blessing (Laurie Kellogg); daughter, Deanna (Allen) Crombar; three grandchildren, Corbin Blessing (Liz), Benjamin Blessing (Karly), Andrew Logan Congo; five great-grandchildren, Peyton Blessing, Benjamin Blessing II, Michael Blessing,
