Michael was born September 3, 1982 in Hampton, Virginia. He graduated from Century High School in Ullin, Illinois in 2000. While in High School, he participated in basketball and track. Michael had a passion for sports (Falcon Fan), music and an appreciation for pick- up trucks. He worked many years as a direct service person in Southern Illinois. Recently he was employed at Aisin Manufacturing Company in Marion, Illinois as a manufacturing specialist.
Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gilford and Freda Neal (Ullin, IL) Maggie Garner (Bossier City, LA) and two brothers, Calvin Parker(Shreveport, LA) and Kenji Waddy (Joppa, IL).
He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents Herman and Cassandra Neal, his siblings: Matthew Neal (Anna, IL) Shondra Neal (David Wyatt) (Ullin, IL), his children Myah Neal, Michael Neal, Jr. all of (Anna, IL) and Montrell C. Neal (Carbondale, IL). In addition he
