Robert Earl Williams, known by many names but mainly "Sweet Jones", was born March 22, 1983 in Springfield, IL. Robert transitioned from this life on August 3, 2024 in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was a High School graduate and also attended Shawnee Community College. Robert cared and supported his communities from volunteering in Upward Basketball to head coach of the Rebels for the Tri- County Youth Recreation Flag Football Program. He always dreamed of building his town back up. In doing so he started Netta's Munchies and wanted to start a non-profit drug program.
At an early age he gave his life to Christ and although he ventured off, he found his way back a few months ago and joined the Church of God and Son under the leadership of Pastor David Terry.
He is preceded in death by his Pops Dave, his brother Darryl "Gulley", his grandparents Gene & Arnetta, Eddie "Bob" & Gloria Jean, Bertha and Annie Mae.
