CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Sandra Carole Prim, 80 of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Mounds, Illinois, passed away Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024, at Life Care Center of Cape Girardeau.She Sandra was a florist at B&B Florist in Mounds and the Flower Center in Cairo. She was a talented seamstress and sewed quilts by hand, crocheted and knitted.Survivors include her devoted husband, Darrell of Cape Girardeau; son, William Rutland; and daughters, Cheryl Simpson and Christina Chavis; five grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; and her beloved canines.She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Roscoe and Margaret Kathryn (Bailey) White; two children, Robert and Carole Ann Rutland.Arrangements were handled by the staff at Crain Funeral Home.
