MT. JULIET, Tenn. - Neill Valdes, M.D., 84, of Mt. Juliet, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024.A funeral will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 22, in Sellars Funeral Home in Mt. Juliet. Interment will be in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at the funeral home.He is survived by wife, Diann; daughter, Becky MacFarlane (Chris) and their sons, Chase, Conal and Bryce; son, Wesley Valdes, M.D. (Johanna Valdes, M.D) and their daughter, Mina; daughter, Wendy Cooley and her sons, Kyle and Tyler; brother-in-law, John Richardson (Amy).He was preceded by son-in-law, Kevin Cooley; parents; and other relatives.Neill was born Jan. 3, 1940, and was raised in Nashville, Illinois. He married Kathryn Diann Richardson on Saturday, June 6, 1964. They had just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary where all their children and grandchildren were there to celebrate with them.
